Come and stay in our 16th
Century farmhouse & experience the charm of Lakeland from within a working
fell farm. We have three en-suite rooms with central heating & each has a
magnificent view across Derwentwater.

Farm to be an unforgettable experience and we always aim to extend our family
welcome to make your stay a special occasion. From waking to the stunning view
across the lake to star-gazing in truly unspoilt night skies we're sure you will
be moved by the visual delights to be seen from your room. That said, we can't
guarantee perfect weather and it wouldn't be the Lake District of it didn't rain
from time to time!
Breakfast is served the traditional way with
guests sharing our farmhouse table. All of the food we provide is home produced
wherever possible including the freshest of eggs from our own free range hens.
We are more than happy to provide continental style breakfasts and special diets
can be catered for by arrangement.
We enjoy nothing more than to
share our love of such a beautiful place and many of our guests from around the
globe return to us again and again. We take great pleasure in extending our welcome
